Free Growth Analysis
We look at how your business operates today and identify practical opportunities to generate more business, save time or improve the customer experience.

In-person first
I prefer meeting at your place of business so I can understand how it actually operates.
How I work
That's why I prefer to meet at your place of business. Seeing the environment, workflows and customer experience often reveals opportunities that would never appear in analytics or on a website.
We can also meet at my office or conduct the analysis remotely when that is more practical.
The focus depends on the business. These are some of the areas I typically investigate.
Can customers quickly understand what you offer and why they should choose you?
Where does friction occur between first discovering the business and actually contacting, booking or buying?
Are you reaching the right customers through Google, your website and other digital channels?
Are reviews, customer cases, projects and results being used to make the buying decision easier?
Which recurring tasks are taking more time than they should?
Are there services, audiences, partnerships or other assets with untapped potential?
A few situations that have revealed larger opportunities in previous analyses.
Customers want to buy or book, but the process contains unnecessary steps.
Great work is being done every day, but very little of it is used to build trust online.
Several services are offered, but customers struggle to understand the differences or which one is right for them.
The business gets attention but lacks a clear path from interest to revenue.
Staff spend time on recurring administration that could be simplified.
Marketing happens across several channels without one clear commercial objective.
The business has knowledge, relationships or an audience that has not yet been turned into a clear commercial offer.
We discuss the business, your goals and what you believe is working well or holding you back today.
We follow the customer journey and workflows to uncover potential – including areas you may not initially have considered.
Ideas are assessed by potential impact, cost, effort and how quickly they could be implemented.
You take the recommendations with you and choose which ones to pursue and how.
There is no standard solution. Previous analyses have led to conclusions such as these.
Restaurant
Phone orders competed with the work happening in the kitchen. A digital ordering flow could make ordering easier for customers while reducing pressure on staff.
Media & podcast
A strong position within a clear niche already existed. The next opportunity was packaging that reach into clear sponsorship and partnership offers.
Photography & creative services
A broad range of services made the offer harder to understand. Clearer service categories and real project imagery could make both the expertise and the offer easier to evaluate.
Local service businesses
Strong expertise in the physical business was not always reflected online. Service pages, local search visibility, reviews and customer cases could help close that gap.
It's a good way for us to get to know each other before anyone buys anything. You get value from the first meeting, and I get the opportunity to see whether there is an area where Fallqvist Consulting can genuinely make a difference. If there is a good fit, we can discuss what comes next. If not, the recommendations are still yours.
Allow around 60 minutes. Some businesses may need less time, while others benefit from a little longer.
Preferably at your business so I can see it in its real environment. We can also meet at my office or remotely.
Not much. It helps to think about what you would like to improve, what currently takes too much time and where you want the business to go.
That depends entirely on what we find. You can implement the recommendations yourself, work with someone else or ask Fallqvist Consulting to help.
No. The analysis is free and there is no commitment or requirement to purchase anything.
